EMR-Epic

CVs need to have the month & date on their work experience w / all gaps in employment accounted for.

Includes some Chronic Management

Chart closure within 72 hours

Schedule = 18 PPD, minimum see 18 PPD

Monday-Friday 8-5, 10 hour shifts possible

A mix of peds / adults (Will consider FM only)

A decision is typically made within 7-14 days

We will also accept DO

BE will be considered if truly BE (5 years or less since residency)

Active DEA needed before the start

Credentialing takes 30-60 days (six weeks is common if the provider submit app. / supporting documents timely)
