Immuno Labs is seeking an experienced Laboratory Technologist to support laboratory operations. This role is in-person, based in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

YOUR ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following :

Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform the following tests : IgG, IgE, Candida, Gliadin / tTG (Celiac), and ELISA as required
• Ability to accurately pipette specimens / reagents using a micro-pipettor
• Preparation of Reagents
• Prepare specimens for testing
• Perform QC split samples
• Participate in QA monitoring
• Handling of phone calls / emails from Physicians regarding test results or test methodology
• Successfully participate in CAP or internal proficiency testing
• Maintain inventory
• Learn safety procedures
• Safely handling of hazardous materials
• Maintain lab equipment
• Disinfection of work area
• Discard old specimens safely as needed
• Daily review of log for missing tests
• Assist in the Accessions department when needed
• Perform Phlebotomy if necessary
• Maintain CEU’s up to date
• Assist the Lab Director and Lab Supervisor in technical problem-solving
