Required locals to Arizona
Must-Have Skills :
- 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related domain.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, and Visio.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with requirement gathering, gap analysis, and process documentation.
- Familiarity with SQL or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
