NC Licensed Clinical Services VP

A company is looking for a VP, Clinical Services to provide leadership and oversight for Clinical Services and Casualty departments.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all Clinical Services functions and Workers' Compensation Case Management and Utilization Review Programs

Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer on departmental policies and continuous quality improvement

Implement new integrated programs to meet Client requests and drive departmental initiatives

Required Qualifications

Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA)

Minimum of 4 years' experience in a clinical environment

Strong management skills in a clinical team setting

Previous experience in Utilization Management and Case Management preferred

In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance, including ERISA and HIPAA requirements
