Role Overview

We are seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) / Pharmacy Manager who will oversee pharmacy operations, compliance, and staff management. This is not a corporate chain environment — this is a hands-on leadership role in a small business where your decisions make a direct impact.

The ideal candidate will have non-sterile compounding experience , a strong compliance mindset, and the ambition to help us grow into sterile compounding and advanced pharmacy services in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and board of pharmacy regulations.
• Oversee daily dispensing, verification, and patient safety activities.
• Manage pharmacy staff and foster a positive, accountable work culture.
• Build and oversee a non-sterile compounding program
• Help lead the development and eventual launch of a sterile compounding program
• Collaborate with ownership on business growth, provider services, and compliance readiness.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and audit readiness.
