Job descriptionCreate, generate, and maintain analytical data reports to support operational and leadership decision-making. Maintain and provide superuser training for EATEC systems. Manage mobile food and drink ordering systems. Coordinate product rollout programming and project management for operational success. Perform routine FP&A duties including daily COGS review, journal entries, and revenue recognition accuracy. Develop and communicate new Food & Beverage product rollouts. Build and manage databases for product information and perform return to net analysis. Forecast product and supply levels at food locations, providing accurate par levels. Collaborate with sourcing and warehouse teams on supply chain management. Oversee inventory management and support inventory control activities. Lead operational improvement projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. Support new product rollouts with weekly performance analytics and recommendations. Evaluate equipment in the field with analytics in partnership with Tech Services. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Perform other duties as assigned. Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in management, leadership, or projects, or equivalent education and experience.
