An Inventory Control Associate at White Cap

Audits inventory to keep systems in balance during daily order processing.

Researches and resolves all issues, adjustments and discrepancies. Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures.

Assists in maintaining inventory accuracy. Completes follow up to all previous inventory adjustments. Completes and reviews cycle counts.

Maintains time control tables consistent with base tables, key and review allocations.

Receives products from vendors to check for quality. Communicates potential quality issues to buyers.

Maintains quality control and inventory control manuals.

Lifts and carries up to 50 pounds.

Follows company safety policy and procedures.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Generally has 2-5 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Forklift experience preferred.

Spanish language proficiency.

Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle.

Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
