Job descriptionProvide leadership and direction to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical policies and procedures. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement resident care plans. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing nursing home operations. Monitor and evaluate nursing services to maintain high standards of care. Recruit, train, and supervise nursing personnel. Manage budgetary and resource allocation for the nursing department. Current Ohio RN license in good standing. Must have experience in nursing leadership, preferably in a long-term care setting. Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of nursing home operations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
