We’re hiring a driven Integrated Marketing Manager who can connect strategy and execution across every channel to amplify our brand and accelerate growth. This is a hybrid role based in Bastrop, TX, where you’ll collaborate closely with leadership to shape campaigns, strengthen engagement, and bring RegLogic to market with impact.
Requirements
- Organize the website and products to ensure users can easily understand, navigate, and purchase.
- Create effective buying flows including upsell and cross-sell opportunities that improve conversion.
- Develop and manage CRM and email marketing campaigns that nurture leads and retain customers.
- Produce marketing collateral including brochures, banners, pamphlets, and catalogs that support sales goals.
- Manage social media and digital advertising with a focus on YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and cost per click campaigns.
- Track performance, analyze data, and adjust campaigns to improve return on investment.
- Collaborate across departments to align messaging, timelines, and goals.
