Required Qualifications

3+ years in product management, preferably in healthcare technology or specialty pharmacy

Customer-first mindset to translate payer and PBM complexity into workflows

Technical fluency with NCPDP SCRIPT, X12 278, FHIR, and payer portals

Experience in aligning engineers, pharmacies, and payer stakeholders on goals

Data-driven approach to track metrics like time-to-approval and submission success rates
