Coverage Dates :

Feb 14, 2025-Aug 14, 2025

Monday-Friday - 8a-4 : 30p

Setting : Outpatient

Duties : Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient clinic setting

Days per month : 20-23 shifts per month total for all locums

EMR : Epic

Support Staff : MA, Echo Tech, LPN / LVN

Reason for Coverage : Losing their current cardiology clinic coverage

EMR Required Training :

Module (learn lessons) - Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.

EMR Virtual training - Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual training must be completed before the provider's first day and Mon-Fri (7a-4p MT) is only available for scheduling

Board Certified Cardiology - Required or Truly Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency completion)

Active CO License - Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)

Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)

Candidates must detail all dates they are able to help cover between 02 / 14-08 / 14 to be considered - Required

Candidates must acknowledge they understand the EMR training requirements set forth in the job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - Required
