Opportunity Overview :
- As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be stepping in as a technical recruiter to lead a modern hiring process.
- You will drive requisitions from sourcing to closing, partner with managers to understand their hiring needs, and work creatively to find top talent for each position.
- To be successful in this role you would need to be comfortable coaching hiring teams, providing feedback to customers, reporting market labor findings and always continually improving the recruiting processes.
- Strategically partner with hiring managers to define needs and design hiring processes to ensure a world-class candidate experience (primary focus on Engineering teams)
- Manage full cycle recruiting process from sourcing to close while meeting hiring policy standards, delivery KPIs and improving performance metrics.
- Regularly go to market and passively identify top talent by profile, company and labor pools.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies both individually and with the hiring team to build a strong pipeline of outstanding candidates.
- Cultivate talent networks externally and internally to optimize return on high value recruitment channels.
- Collaborate and be creative to identify networking, events and other opportunities to create diversity in our recruiting pipeline.
- Build a funnel of qualified candidates that are prescreened as both a fit for role and fit for the future of Teradyne.
- Be an advocate of Talent Intelligence to help set hiring expectations for businesses and hiring leaders
- Support the business, mentor teammates and exhibit best in class talent acquisition and recruitment practices.

- Minimally 8+ years of full cycle recruitment experience with a blend of performing in corporate and agency environments.
- Must be able to exhibit passive recruitment abilities with tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS candidate management and advanced sourcing skills (Boolean, x-ray, inclusive and diverse search strategies).
- Able to provide successful examples of technical recruitment hires including : R&D, engineering, software, IT and similar niche functions.
- Experience in Electronic or Technology industries is needed to be successful, and Semiconductor is preferred.
- Ensure consistent application of Talent Acquisition processes, policies and compliant practice / maintenance of requisitions and candidate records.
- Preferred skills in program and process execution
- Preference for someone who has an eye towards continuous improvement.
