You'll support by coordinating details, managing documentation, and keeping our ERP implementation running smoothly from planning through go-live. This is a hands-on role where your accuracy, follow-through, and communication skills will make a real difference every day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and training sessions
• Record and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions)
• Support documentation, reporting, and version control for the ERP project
• Assist during testing phases, system activities, and go-live preparation
• Track training attendance, collect feedback, and help manage change communications
• Coordinate vendor activities, meeting logistics, and schedules
• Compile and maintain project schedules and monthly reporting for leadership
• Prepare and track project documents such as change orders and quality orders
• Maintain organized project files and submittals; ensure proper version control
• Input data and assist with department performance metrics
• Provide excellent written and verbal communication with project team members and external partners
• Support the GFS Quality Management System (QMS) by following all related procedures
• Perform other project support duties as assigned
