Schedule Details :

  • 1 full-time position (40 hours / week)
  • Will be based at our Eau Claire – West location serving multiple Dove Healthcare locations

Join our growing team as an admissions coordinator!

Working as an admissions coordinator, you will be responsible for :

  • Coordinating admissions with hospital discharge planners and other referral sources
  • Assessing, coordinating and ensuring a smooth admission transition
  • Confirms medical and financial information needed to ensure a smooth admission transition
  • Develops and maintains excellent networking skills and relationship building with referral sources
  • Ensuring patient continuity of care

    • Required Qualifications

  • Ability to multitask, juggle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools / applications such as Microsoft.
  • Experience with EPIC / Care Anywhere, Point Click Care (CRM) is helpful.
  • Detailed oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Health care experience is desired
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communications
