JE Technology Solutions, Inc is looking to add a Marketing Coordinator to its Marketing Team. The Marketing Coordinator will support the team in creating and implementing campaigns that build brand awareness and engage our target audience. In addition, the Marketing Coordinator will also ensure that JE Technology is known as a top‑notch employer and supplier to the world. The Marketing Coordinator will work across departments to help create compelling content for proposals for our aircraft ground support equipment and other metal fabricated products. The ideal candidate will be energetic, outgoing, personable and have the proven ability to grow an online presence via various platforms including social media, search engines, etc. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the growth and success of a fast‑growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop email marketing campaigns.
• Quickly generate concept designs for products and marketing materials using 3D Software.
• Design and present new social media campaign ideas.
• Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
• Attend tradeshows as required.
• Prepare detailed promotional presentations.
• Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events.
• Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials to attract and inform our target audience.
• Manage SEO and PPC vendors to ensure optimal company ROI and enhance online visibility.
• An organized and detail‑oriented team player that has the ability to take ownership of their projects from concept to completion.
• Create internal communication material for company display monitors.
• Express a variety of visual styles, maintain excellent attention‑to‑detail skills and effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Design work includes the production of new creative and editing existing templates to include : brand development, visual presentations, logos, brochures, exhibits and signage, posters, interactive presentations, conference and event materials, animations and other digital and print collateral.
• Provide graphics support for small and large‑scale events to include : brochures, presentations, invitations, and signage and event coverage.
• Create a dashboard for marketing metrics.
• Host clients and vendors.

Additional Information

Work Location : On Site in Apopka, FL. Reliable commute to work is required.

Work Schedule : Full‑Time. Must be willing to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Relocation : Local candidates are preferred. Paid Relocation is not available for this job opportunity.

Authorization : Must be able to work for any employer in the U.S.
