Responsibilities
Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain pertinent vehicle information
Actively promote and build rapport with the customerAdvise customers on the care and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers’ specificationsGenerate and provide customer with a complete and accurate estimate of repairEstablish and communicate completion time of repair with customer and technicianAnswer incoming service callsMaintain and schedule service appointmentsFollow prescribed procedures for customer post follow-up resulting in return visits, increased sales and admirable CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)Strictly follow the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines and proceduresConduct business in an honest manner that maintains the manufacturer Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) at or above Asbury's specified goal(s) in service for district, regional and national scoresComply with all federal, state and local laws, and company policy, regarding the safeguarding all customer, company and manufacturer information, as well as customers vehicle and propertyQualifications
Minimum of 5 Years Service Advisor Experience RequiredFord Service Advisor Experience Plus!CDK, XTIME and TSD experience preferredProduct KnowledgeAbility to identify the problem quicklyGood knowledge of automobilesEffective analytical and communication skillsEffective people skillsGood reading, computer, and mathematics skillsLeadership qualityAbility to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specificationsFluent in the English languageHigh School Diploma or EquivalentMust have a Valid Driver’s LicenseWe offer our associates a team environment, great benefits and ongoing training and support.
