Corporate Counsel

Join one of the fastest-growing names in the lifestyle, fashion, and wellness space as we expand across the globe. Looking for a Corporate Counsel (3–5 years) to :

  • Shape the legal framework for global growth - entity formation, corporate governance, and international compliance.
  • Negotiate a diverse commercial contracts portfolio - vendor, SaaS, supply, manufacturing (apparel), and product endorsement agreements - powering a fast-moving, globally recognized brand.
  • Handle various other corporate and commercial issues, domestically and internationally, in a role that blends sophistication with creativity.

Requirements :

  • A mix of Big Law experience (2+ years) plus in-house exposure (1–2 years) ideally in a high-growth environment.
  • Top-tier academic credentials.
  • JD and admission to a state bar, ideally California.
