This position will coordinate and manage projects and activities within the department as directed by the Department Managers. Basic responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities. This position will participate in cross-functional and departmental projects as assigned by their Department Manager.

Responsibilities :

• Manages the development and implementation process of a project involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing processes.
• Organizes project activities that may require interdepartmental meetings and communication ensuring completion of the program / project on schedule and within budget constraints.
• Monitors the program / project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with "internal customer" or department personnel.
• Responsibilities may include limited external customer interactions.
• This position has overall project management responsibility. In this role, direct people management responsibility is not typically required.
• Assigns and monitors work of technical and non-technical personnel, providing support and interpretation of instructions / objectives.

Compensation : As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $55,000 to $85,000 per year.
