Senior Technical Sourcer

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer, Product Management (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence to identify competitive product talent pools

Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines for critical Product Manager roles

Execute personalized outreach campaigns and conduct high-bar screenings for candidates

Required Qualifications

4+ years of technical sourcing experience, with at least 2 years in Product Management or high-level technical roles

Proven success in engaging passive talent pools using creative sourcing techniques

Strong business acumen and ability to articulate complex technology and strategy

Experience in assessing candidates for 0-to-1 thinking and first-principles reasoning

Proficiency with sourcing tools and strong analytical skills to derive insights from metrics
