Associate Attorney - Business

Reynolds Law, LLP, is seeking an experienced business associate attorney to join our Northern California offices.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in :

• Entity formation and representation
• Succession planning
• Business purchases and sales
• Contract drafting and negotiation
• Commercial leasing

A background in tax and accounting is highly valued. The position offers the opportunity to work directly with a senior partner in managing a diverse and active transactional practice. Candidates must be committed to client service, professional growth, and establishing themselves within the firm's geographic market.

Qualifications

Active license with the State Bar of California (required)

Minimum of three (3) years of business transactional experience

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong organizational and analytical abilities

Ability to manage multiple matters with efficiency and precision

Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
