We are seeking a motivated and experienced Manager, Customer Success Scaled to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will lead a team of customer success professionals and work cross-functionally to ensure our customers achieve their desired outcomes using our products and services.
Develop and Implement Scaled Customer Success Programs : Design and execute scalable processes and programs that enhance the customer journey and lifecycle.
Team Leadership : Manage, mentor, and develop a team of customer success professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Customer Onboarding and Adoption : Ensure customers are effectively onboarded and are maximizing the value of our products and services.
Customer Retention and Growth : Proactively identify and address customer issues, driving high customer retention rates and expanding customer relationships.
