A Career that Empowers You to Build Your Future

As a Senior Business Insights Analyst focused on pricing and sales analytics, you will drive high-impact projects that support smarter, data-driven decision-making across the organization. You’ll take ownership of initiatives that inform pricing strategies, optimize sales performance, and unlock commercial opportunities—working closely with Data Science, Software Engineering, and Sales teams to design and deliver analytical solutions. In this role, you'll be responsible for translating complex data into clear, actionable insights, contributing directly to revenue growth and operational effectiveness. You’ll scope business questions, shape analytic approaches, and ensure solutions are aligned to key performance indicators and organizational goals. Success in this role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment. If you're passionate about using data to influence pricing and sales outcomes and thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced setting, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities on the Team

  • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity by proactively identifying opportunities to improve pricing and sales performance, digging into data to uncover root causes, and challenging assumptions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide an objective, data-driven perspective on complex commercial challenges by combining strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of business principles and pricing strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Data Science, and Engineering teams to develop a deep understanding of sales processes, pricing levers, and the key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive revenue, efficiency, and customer behavior.
  • Interpret insights from existing dashboards and reporting tools, supplementing as needed with custom analyses using raw data, advanced queries, spreadsheets, or external benchmarks.
  • Build new dashboards and reports where needed to enable better visibility into pricing and sales performance, ensuring the right stakeholders have timely access to actionable data.
  • Translate data and analytical findings into actionable recommendations through clear storytelling, visualizations, and presentations tailored to business stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of data quality assurance (QA) for pricing and sales analytics projects by validating data sources, checking for consistency, and investigating anomalies. Partner with technical and business teams to understand upstream systems, ensure accuracy, and improve data integrity over time.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders through proactive support, ad hoc analysis, training, and ongoing collaboration, becoming a trusted analytics partner.
  • Support the implementation, QA, and performance tracking of pricing and sales initiatives, ensuring insights translate into actionable outcomes and reliable measurement over time.

Your Toolbox

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related quantitative or business field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in a business analyst, pricing analyst, supply chain analyst, or comparable analytical role.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing quantitative analyses, including financial and statistical modeling.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to convey complex data and insights clearly and simply in business terms.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and influence stakeholders to adopt recommendations.
  • Proficient in SQL and experienced in creating data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools; eager to learn and adopt new technologies quickly.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements, with a focus on aligning analytics initiatives with business priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Knowledge of the homebuilding industry and market dynamics is a plus.
  • Physical & Office / Site Presence Requirements :

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
