ABOUT THE ROLE
We are searching for idea-generating, innovation-loving masterminds. The Creative Strategist will craft and lead creative strategies to attract customers, brainstorm campaigns, and connect with audiences. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate business objectives into impactful creative concepts across campaigns and initiatives.
- Build creative briefs that inspire designers, copywriters, and production teams to deliver impactful work.
- Lead creative strategies for brand initiatives, collaborating between marketing, sales, and creative teams.
- Analyze creative performance and consumer insights to refine messaging and content strategies.
- Report key metrics and campaign performance with actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Advocate for a consistent brand voice across all channels, without sacrificing performance.
- Drive campaign development from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
- Ensure campaigns create meaningful impact and drive business growth.
- No direct reports – you lead the strategy without managing teammates.
- Role is in the Creative team and reports directly to the Chief Creative Officer.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
5+ years of proven experience in Consumer Marketing.Strong understanding of the creative process; a strategic and analytical mindset is a must.Master at turning actionable insights into meaningful strategies (data-driven).Excellent communication skills; ability to coordinate across departments and hold teams accountable.Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.Working knowledge of Asana is a plus.Dependable, proactive, and collaborative with a sense of urgency.Loves the work more than a paycheck and is willing to share credit with the team.Enjoys feedback and personal growth; values fun as greatness, not partying.Independent problem solver who can google questions when needed.WHAT YOU GET
