Process And Tech Manager
The Process and Tech Manager is responsible for defining product vision, road-map, growth opportunities and priorities aligned to business needs. Experience in Oncology EMR documentation and / or Oncology products (preferably Varian, Aria, and / or Mosaiq). Oncology department experience preferred as either a RN, Tech, Clinical Informaticist or worked in Application Support. Has knowledge, or strategies to obtain understanding, of areas within domain assignment including oncology and other clinical areas. Works independently to understand workflows, understands basic technology infrastructure and applies knowledge to daily work, customer interactions and strategic recommendations. Understands the functional domain, the market, the industry, the customer and the business in order to make sound recommendations. Understands the connectedness of the product portfolio and its use case within the healthcare setting. Owns the vendor relationship for products within the ancillary domain. Actively engaged in contract management including PO and voucher processes. Ensures products within domain have current technical assessment and implements remediation and mitigation strategies for technical assessment findings. High level of communication skills, both written and verbal are required. Demonstrates proactive behaviors and self-management techniques, including but not limited to, working efficiently, demonstrating adaptability and setting goals while balancing multiple priorities.
Salary : $110,240 - $153,668 per year. Eligible for annual bonus incentive.
