Customer Service Representative

Akkodis is seeking an Customer Service Representative for an onsite, 6+ month contract opportunity with our global technology client located in Hornell, NY(Must be local).

Rate : $22-28 / hr. on W2 The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Hours : Monday- Thursday from 9 : 00am-3 : 00pm

Requirements :

• O365 support
• Basic troubleshooting
• Ticketing Systems
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
