Job description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to assist with various tasks on job sites, including loading and unloading materials, cleaning and preparing sites, operating basic tools and equipment, and supporting skilled tradespeople as needed. A valid driver’s license is required, as the role may involve driving company vehicles or transporting materials between locations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform general physical labor on job sites or within warehouses / facilities.
  • Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Clean and prepare work areas, including removing debris and hazardous materials.
  • Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, or plumbers.
  • Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely and effectively.
  • Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
  • Drive company vehicles to job sites or supply stores as needed.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in clean and working condition.
  • Help with the setup and breakdown of job sites.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record ( required ).
  • Proven experience as a general laborer or in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Good physical condition and stamina; able to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
  • Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and environments.
  • Basic knowledge of construction or warehouse safety protocols.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
