Job description

The General Laborer is responsible for supporting daily warehouse and production operations. This role requires reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is punctual, hardworking, and able to follow instructions to complete assigned tasks safely and accurately.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform general warehouse labor, including loading, unloading, sorting, and moving materials.
  • Assist with inventory handling, stacking, and organizing products.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment as directed (training provided when necessary).
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Support team members and supervisors with additional tasks as needed.
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers to ensure smooth workflow.

Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the entire shift.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

    • Qualifications :

  • No prior experience required; warehouse experience preferred.
  • Must have reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Able to communicate in English (basic communication required).
  • Must follow safety guidelines and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
