Summary :
Seeking a skilled technician with 3+ years of experience in CNC machine maintenance and proficiency in electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and metalworking to ensure optimal machine functionality and workplace efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience on CNC machines.
- Experience in electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and metalworking.
- Ability to plan and perform basic machinery repair.
- Skilled in installing and aligning new machining equipment.
- Capable of performing preventative maintenance according to a schedule.
- Experience in recording and reporting work hours accurately.
- Familiarity with quality systems, ISO, and medical device requirements.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills :
- Proficiency in partnering with various business segments including sales / marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and finance.
- Knowledge of business systems implementation and maintenance.
- Skilled in maintaining an organized work area (5S).
- Participation in Operational Excellence Programs.
Job Responsibilities :
- Maintain, repair, and ensure proper functionality of machines within the facility.
- Improve the quality, productivity, and safety of machine maintenance work.
- Recommend improvements and changes for increased quality or efficiency.
- Work independently on projects of moderate complexity.
- Support and comply with the company's Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements.
- Partner with other business segments to understand customer needs and the core business markets served.
- Participate in required company meetings and complete all other work duties as assigned.
Pay Details : $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
