Plenty Goods Café is a wellness-focused café and meal-prep service rooted in hospitality, creativity, and community. We’re seeking a Front of House & Client Success Manager to oversee daily café operations and manage client communications for our meal-prep program. This hybrid role combines guest-facing hospitality with administrative support and client service.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise FOH staff (baristas, counter staff, delivery drivers)
Schedule, train, and support staff to uphold brand standards
Ensure smooth café operations : POS, cash handling, cleanliness, guest flow
Send weekly menus, manage client schedules, and respond to inquiries
Coordinate new client onboarding with the chef
Track client feedback and maintain accurate records
Support marketing activations and partner promotions
Qualifications
2+ years of FOH or hospitality leadership experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage both café floor and client inbox
Tech savvy with POS systems and Google Drive (GoPrep a plus)

Compensation & Growth
Starting at $23 / hour + tip pool participation with coffee bar
35–40 hrs / week, with opportunity to grow into a salaried Operations Manager role ($48–55K) in 6–12 months
PTO available with salaried status
