Our client, an Am 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified senior associate (5th to 8th-year law school graduate only) to join their Technology Companies M&A group. Candidates should have significant experience both working in teams and in managing components of transactions independently, with specific experience in mergers and acquisitions preferably for both early and late-stage technology companies and leading venture capital investor clients. Candidate must be proactive, with a strong business sense and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.

Candidates applying for associate positions should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. California bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is required.
