Product Architect

About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a hands-on Product Architect to guide the planning, prioritization, and delivery of key enterprise-scale digital platform initiatives.
This is a new strategic role that combines product-backlog ownership with architectural leadership —partnering closely with enterprise architects, product owners, and delivery squads to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, API-first, and cloud-ready on Azure .
You’ll play a central part in digital-transformation programs that modernize onboarding, improve interoperability, and enable data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
What You’ll Do
- Own and prioritize the product backlog across epics, features, and user stories—ensuring acceptance criteria are clear and business-driven.
- Partner with enterprise architects to align backlog priorities with Azure cloud services, MuleSoft-based integrations, and Databricks data-platform capabilities .
- Provide architectural context and feasibility guidance during backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release preparation.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, architecture leaders, and delivery squads , clearly communicating roadmaps, priorities, and architectural decisions.
- Contribute to governance and reference-architecture reviews , ensuring solutions meet standards for security, scalability, and interoperability .
- Drive value delivery in alignment with the company’s ongoing digital-transformation and onboarding initiatives .
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of combined experience in product management / product ownership / solution or product architecture for enterprise platforms.Hands-on background in cloud-native and API-driven design (Azure required; MuleSoft and Databricks experience strongly preferred).Proven ability to partner with architects, product owners, and delivery teams to translate strategy into actionable backlogs and roadmaps .Solid grasp of scalability, security, and integration principles ; able to engage with technical leaders to resolve design or delivery challenges.Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments and supporting squads through digital-transformation initiatives.Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.Work Model & Culture
