Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities :
- Assist in recruiting processes, including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate onboarding plans for new hires and support offboarding processes where necessary.
- Support and participate in employee engagement activities, training sessions, and other HR initiatives.
- Provide assistance in payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR compliance documentation.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving concerns or escalating as needed.
- Assist with implementing and refining HR policies and procedures for the organization.
- Track and maintain office-wide compliance with training and labor regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.1-3 years of experience in HR support or coordination preferred.Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools, along with Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
