We’re looking for a Director of Paid Media to own campaign strategy, performance, and channel expansion across our client portfolio.
Role Overview
As Director of Paid Media, you’ll oversee all paid media execution and optimization primarily on Meta, with expansion into YouTube, LinkedIn, and other performance channels over time.
You’ll partner with our Creative Director and Account team to align creative testing, funnel structure, and performance analysis.
This role is both strategic and hands-on building systems, managing budgets, and personally optimizing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute paid media strategies that generate accredited investor leads for client campaigns.
Manage campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and optimization in Meta Ads Manager.
Partner with Creative to build test plans define hypotheses, creative rotation, and iteration cadence.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics daily; identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Provide weekly reporting and insights to Account and Creative teams.
Maintain proper campaign structure, budget pacing, and conversion tracking.
Ensure compliance with platform policies and financial-advertising best practices.
Research and expand into new channels (YouTube, Display, LinkedIn) as part of future growth strategy.
Mentor junior buyers or contractors as the team scales.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally in Meta lead generation .
Proven success scaling campaigns with disciplined testing and creative iteration.
Strong data fluency able to interpret performance metrics, conversion paths, and attribution.
Deep understanding of audience targeting, lookalike modeling, and funnel retargeting strategies.
Experience with finance, investment, or other regulated verticals a plus.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.).
Excellent communicator; comfortable presenting performance insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Compensation & Environment
Salary : $100K$130K , depending on experience
