Responsibilities

• Analyze product delivery, sales, and supply chain processes to identify and recommend improvements, while tracking the manufacturing flow from origin to final delivery, including producing status reports in Chinese.
• Monitor forklift inventory and delivery status through web-based logistics systems, maintain and analyze logistics and inventory databases with methods like data mining, modeling, and business analysis, and interpret data in Chinese and English on elements such as availability, maintainability, reliability, and strategic distribution.
• Develop statistical models for logistics applications, including sales estimation and inventory forecasting, and communicate daily with the import / export team in China to discuss supply chain status, purchase orders, and validate import / export information.
• Use analytical tools to predict, control, and improve logistics operations, prepare performance reports, and recommend process enhancements.
• Manage systems to ensure pricing accurately reflects logistics costs and collaborate with U.S. and Chinese management teams to optimize service levels, maintain efficiency, and minimize costs across the supply chain.
