Job Description :

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, ensuring that every task-no matter how small-is completed with accuracy and care. They take a proactive approach to driving accountability and improving operational efficiency across teams. This individual will play a key supporting role in both the Operations and Human Resources departments, contributing to the smooth execution of day-to-day functions and strategic initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities Include (but not limited to) :

Monitor and oversee all operations emails
Prioritize and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
Oversee Slack complaints to ConnecTeam and Portal
Oversee all Slack channels including but not limited to :

Missed trash, General, and Operations channels

Answers questions in slack channels and be knowledgeable of all aspects of operations

Assigns tasks on Asana to leadership team

Complete special projects as needed while ensuring timelines are met.

Handling of Customer Service / 1-800 number during business hours and logging each call on our call log

Returning all resident concerns via phone call

Monday thru Friday - 9am-5pm
