Key Responsibilities :
Manage all aspects of medical billing, including claims submission, payment posting, and insurance follow-upsMaintain accurate patient and payer account records while reconciling accounts receivable and payableOversee bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, general ledger maintenance, and monthly financial reportingCollaborate with leadership to prepare quarterly management and compliance reportsCoordinate HR-related administrative tasks such as clinician credentialing, employee onboarding, and insurance enrollmentEnsure adherence to healthcare billing regulations, accounting standards, and internal compliance policiesRequired Skills and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 5+ years of bookkeeping or medical billing experience; or 10+ years of equivalent hands-on experienceProven experience in healthcare finance or medical billing operations, including claim submission and reconciliationFamiliarity with payer requirements, EOBs, and compliance documentationAdvanced QuickBooks proficiency (AP / AR, journal entries, class tracking, refunds, reconciliations)Nice-to-Have Experience :
