Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic people initiatives and advise on organizational effectiveness
Guide talent development, performance management, and employee relations
Drive culture and engagement initiatives while leveraging data for decision-making
Required Qualifications
8+ years of progressive business partnering experience, preferably in high-growth tech environments
Experience supporting multiple G&A verticals (e.g., Legal, IT, Finance)
Proven success influencing senior leaders in fast-paced, global environments
Deep understanding of compliance, employment practices, and employee relations
Knowledge of HR disciplines, including performance management and DEIB
