We are currently looking for a Project Manager / Sr Project Manager for our Houston, TX office. As a Facilities Project Manager, the position will be responsible for the planning and execution of midstream pipeline facility projects from the estimating and regulatory filing phase, through engineering, construction, and commissioning of the project. These projects are jurisdictional to Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and subject to Pipeline Hazardous Material Safety Administration (PHMSA) regulations under 49 CFR Part 192 (natural gas) and 195 (pipeline liquids). Facilities may include pipeline compressor stations, meter stations, and processing facilities, or liquid pump stations and meter stations or storage facilities for both gas and liquids.
The individual will be expected to work with various teams internal and external personnel to execute the project within specified budget and schedule constraints including monthly cost and schedule forecasting updates within the company. They must also be able to provide oversight of key functions including right-of-way acquisition, construction management, and contract conformance and be able to accurately report progress and concerns during regular project updates. This person should be self-motivated and possess good organization and people skills to manage multiple projects across the pipeline system.

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
