The Springs at Lancaster Village is hiring  experienced Medication Technicians  to join our assisted living community. Job Responsibilities :

• Safely administer  medications and treatments
• Measure and record vital signs and weight
• Communicate with physicians, implement orders, and document important health information
• Coordinate with home health, hospice, and pharmacy services
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time
• Work collaboratively with caregivers, nurses, and other team members to support resident well-being
