Job Title : RN - Medical / Surgical

Location : Dyersville, IA

Position Type : Contract (Onsite)

Schedule : 3x12 Hour Shifts, 6 : 00 PM - 6 : 30 AM (Monday-Friday)

Hours per Week : 36

Contract Duration : 90 Days (Expected : Nov 10, 2025 - Mar 9, 2026)

Pay Rate : $45.86 / hour

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical / Surgical unit in Dyersville, Iowa. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective outcomes.

Responsibilities

Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.
Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the appropriate team members.
Serve as a primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated care.
Note and execute physician and nursing orders accurately.
Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning with healthcare team members.

Requirements

Experience : Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.

Specialty : Prior Medical / Surgical experience required.

License : Active RN license in the state of Iowa (or compact state license).

Certifications : BLS (Basic Life Support) required; ACLS preferred.
