• Your Role and Responsibilities

The Data Center Technician will help ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels of data center operations. This position involves hardware and network diagnostics, followed by physical repair, and may include participation in an on-call rotation. This is a salaried role that is 100% onsite at one of our Data Center locations.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits, including :

The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $65,000 to $83,000 and $66,000 to $91,000, respectively. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
