Junior Litigation E-filing Specialist

Top-tier international law firm seeks a Junior-level Litigation E-filing Specialist. This is a rare opportunity for a recent college graduate (preferably with some legal internship experience in litigation) or a junior level candidate at a law firm (with some litigation docketing experience) to be trained to specialize in litigation procedural functions including electronic filing and docketing, skills that are always highly sought after by law firms. This role will be focused on the filing, service and retrieval of court documents; E-filing in federal, state, appellate courts; maintaining and updating all related databases; processing incoming court documents; checking dockets for updates; and communicating with court personnel and attorneys regarding proper filing procedures. Qualified candidates will have a 4-year college degree, high-level computer and research proficiency, solid Microsoft Office skills, and be in a commutable distance to Los Angeles, Orange County or San Francisco.
