Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting and office-based experience.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in accounting.
  • Experience overseeing audits.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with accounting software required.
  • Proven ability to manage detailed financial data, perform accurate record-keeping, and deliver insightful analysis.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with SAP Business One preferred.
  • Portuguese language skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities are considered valuable.
  • Your responsibilities as the Finance Manager will include :

  • Lead Financial Management : Oversee full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, and consolidation across group entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Drive Budgeting & Forecasting : Develop annual budgets, cash flow forecasts, and long-term financial plans to support strategic decision-making.
  • Optimize Cash Flow & Controls : Manage cash flow, credit, and working capital; analyze variances and implement cost optimization initiatives.
  • Oversee Compliance & Audits : Serve as the key contact for financial audits, tax reporting, and regulatory requirements, ensuring adherence to corporate governance standards.
  • Support Business Operations : Partner with leadership on administrative, HR, and operational initiatives to strengthen overall organizational efficiency.
