ICU RN Job Details Job Title : ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Assignment Location : Fort Wayne, IN 46825 (Indiana healthcare jobs) Assignment Type : Travel Nursing, On-Site Start Date : November 17, 2025 End Date : February 16, 2026 Contract Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Nights, 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM (12-hour shifts) Hours per Week : 36 Unit : Intensive Care Unit (ICU), 10 beds Patient Ratio : 1 : 3 Scrub Color : Navy Blue EMR System : Cerner Floating : Required to other units as needed Block Scheduling : Not available Orientation : 2 days Estimated Weekly Salary : $1870–$2210 per week ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications Active RN license in Indiana (Indiana Registered Nurse license required) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience Ability to float to other hospital units as needed Travel nurses must reside more than 50 miles from the facility Submission must include a current driver's license and permanent home address (address must match ID) Experience with Cerner EMR preferred ICU RN Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in a 10-bed ICU Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans Administer medications, treatments, and provide advanced life support as required Float to other nursing units as needed to support patient care Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and clinical standards About Fort Wayne, IN (46825) : Fort Wayne offers a welcoming community, affordable living, and a variety of parks, restaurants, and cultural attractions.
