Job description

A Top CPA firm in the area is looking to add a  CAS Manager  to their growing team. This stable and growing firm offers clients valuable knowledge and expertise in tax. Due to the recent growth of the firm, there is an opportunity for a  CAS Manager  to join a team of highly motivated staff.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced CAS Manager based in Boulder, Colorado, where you will take full ownership of managing accounting and tax services for a substantial client portfolio. This role is truly unique, offering the chance to operate as if you were running your own accounting firm within a larger organization.  REMOTE ELIGIBLE!

Key highlights of this position include :

  • Leading a team of bookkeepers by overseeing production, training, and client reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Managing all tax matters for 80+ clients, including preparation, planning, and client communication to prevent surprises and maximize profitability.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular contact, on-site visits, and proactive consulting.
  • Driving firm growth by actively seeking referrals and onboarding new clients efficiently.
  • Providing leadership in accounting processes, software management, and continuous staff development.
