Location :  University City area- 8604 Cliff Cameron Drive, suite 180 Charlotte, NC 28269

Job Type : Full-Time / Non-Exempt

Pay Range : $39,000-$53,030  (hourly position / total comp)

Bonus :   $1,000

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll provide 1 : 1 ABA therapy to young children with autism (ages 2–6) under the supervision of a BCBA. Your work will focus on skill-building, behavior reduction, and creating positive, life-changing moments—through structure, support, and fun.

Full-time  | 30 - 40 hours / week

In-person, center-based  setting

No evening or weekend hours required

Client population : Early intervention (ages 2–6)
