Temporary employees provide temporary support to various departments at Seattle University. Temporary positions are often administrative support roles; however, there is occasional need for professional level, specialized temporary positions as well. Minimum Qualifications :

High school diploma plus three or more years of progressive clerical or office support experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. This position requires a criminal history background check

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree. Previous experience working in higher education. The ideal candidate will possess these highly desirable qualifications and skills : Excellent office management and supervisory skills; expertise in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows. Experience in various university systems are also preferred.

Each individual job will have its own salary range or hourly rate depending on job requirements.
