A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities :
Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives
Oversee daily HR functions and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
Manage full-cycle recruiting and employee relations, including conflict resolution
Required Qualifications :
Eight or more years of HR experience in a government contracting environment
At least four years of HR management experience
Strong knowledge of federal HR compliance requirements
Understanding of core HR management aspects, including benefits administration and HRIS management
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field; PHR / SHRM / CP or SPHR / SHRM-SCP preferred
