We're looking for an experienced, bilingual Human Resources Manager to join their corporate team in Anaheim, CA and play a pivotal role in supporting over 300 locations across California.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary HR leader for 300+ locations, partnering with VPs and District Managers
• Oversee employee relations, compliance, and training initiatives across a multi-site environment
• Drive HR projects and process improvements from the corporate office
• Attend management meetings to align HR strategy with operational goals
• Implement and reinforce best practices for employee engagement, onboarding, and retention
• Act as a cultural champion while maintaining legal compliance across all employment practices
