We’re seeking a dynamic, highly skilled Compliance Director to ensure our organization continues to exceed expectations in service excellence, regulatory compliance, and ethical leadership. This role raises the bar for service quality across our Intellectual / Developmental Disability (IDD) programs and offers the opportunity to shape systems, elevate standards, and influence the future of quality care for our individuals.
What You’ll Do
As C-NTA’s Compliance Director, you’ll serve as both a strategic advisor and hands-on leader, ensuring all services align with state and federal requirements while advancing C-NTA’s mission-driven culture of quality, accountability, and gratitude.
You will :
- Oversee compliance and quality systems across all IDD programs.
- Ensure adherence to PA 6100, 6400, and 2380 regulations through routine auditing and proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Lead as C-NTA’s Incident Management (IM) Representative and Quality Management (QM) Officer, overseeing investigations, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership and department directors to design and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Conduct monthly audits, coordinate corrective action plans, and maintain complete, compliant documentation.
- Serve as HCSIS Administrator and regulatory liaison, fostering positive relationships with oversight agencies.
- Champion C-NTA’s Quality Management Committee, driving data-informed improvements, satisfaction surveys, and innovative best practices.
- Model professionalism, mentorship, and the culture of gratitude that defines C-NTA.
What You’ll Bring
Relevant Associate’s degree with 4+ years overseeing IDD services, Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in a related field or 10+ years of progressive experience in an active leadership role within IDD services in lieu of a degree.Deep knowledge of Pennsylvania’s IDD / Autism regulations (6100, 6400, 2380).Current (or obtainable within 6 months) Certified Investigator and Quality Management certifications.Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Proven success balancing regulatory rigor with a compassionate, team-centered approach.High personal integrity, ethical decision-making, and track record of doing the right thing even when it’s hard.Valid PA driver’s license, reliable transportation within the Johnstown / Somerset areas, and ability to pass all required clearances.What You’ll Gain
