• Summary :
• The Grinder Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining grinding machines to produce precision parts. The ideal candidate will have experience in grinding operations and be proficient in the use of various grinding machines.
• Responsibilities :
• Operate grinding machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure that parts are produced within tolerances.
• Perform preventive maintenance on grinding machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair grinding machine problems.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in grinding operations.
• Proficient in the use of various grinding machines.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
